The R100 Diagnostic Session is a one-time assessment. If you enroll in a monthly subscription within 48 hours of the diagnostic, the R100 will be credited toward your first month's tuition.
Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance. You may pause or cancel your subscription at any time with 7 days' notice before the next billing cycle.
If you are not satisfied with your assigned specialist after the first lesson, we will re-assign a new teacher immediately. Refunds are processed on a case-by-case basis before the second lesson begins.
